Support Engineer

IoTize SAS is a young, innovative start up specialized in the Internet of Things (IoT). IoTize activities include development, production and distribution of its lines of IoT connectivity solutions for embedded systems and a legacy line of microcontroller application development tools (C compilers, programmers, debuggers, etc.).

Job Description

IoTize SAS, is currently recruiting a Support Engineer to assist our worldwide customer base. The support engineer, based with our teams in Montbonnot France in the French Alps, is responsible for providing first line technical responses to customers for both the IoT and Microcontroller Tool activities. The Support Engineer is the principle intermediary between customers and IoTize development teams. She/he handles incoming customer requests, provides appropriate first-line troubleshooting and directs second-level inquiries to the appropriate internal contacts for resolution.


You are autonomous, organized and have a good general understanding of microelectronics, in particular the implementation of microcontrollers. You master C language coding for microcontrollers and have experience with application programming and debugging. You have strong interpersonal communication skills. English fluency is required.
