App Creator divides UI application design into two intuitive layers: Graphical UI Design and Data Flow Design.

In the graphical view, designers can drag and drop visual components into a layout. These include buttons, sliders, charts, and gauges—all available from a convenient built-in library and requiring no coding to implement. This view allows rapid adjustments to the look and feel of components, layout, and text. For further customization, designers can import their own graphics, plug-ins, and CSS. With App Creator, designers have complete control over the branding and overall appearance of their UI.

In the data flow view, designers define the data inputs and outputs that drive the graphical user interface. They can select from existing libraries of function nodes to build application logic—without writing a single line of code. When deeper customization is required, designers can add inline code, import additional nodes, or create and modify their own libraries of custom nodes.

App Creator offers UTF-8 character support and a translation management tool so that designers can easily translate their app for any language.

For rapid testing, App Creator connects directly to the designer's hardware allowing them to verify the UI without building an app and installing it on a smartphone.

When ready, the designer transfers the UI to server-based app project builders (Android, iOS) with just a click. Builders provide test apps for final validation and complete app projects for signature and publication.
