Quick Start with Tap Manager App

With our Tap Manager mobile app, you can connect to a Tapioca, configure the connection to your hardware and create a user interface for it using just your mobile phone.

You Need

• Tapioca wireless device
• Mobile phone running Tap Manager app
• Your target hardware 
• The bus communication parameters and available registers from your hardware's documentation¹

Note 1. You can create a Modbus Register Dictionary using the register documentation for your target hardware and import this register information directly into Tap Manager. Download and fill in the Modbus Register Dictionary template ( xls format, ods format ), send it to your mobile phone. You can then import it directly into Tap Manager during the configuration of your Tapioca.

Full Tapioca Configuration

Now you want to fully configure and customize your Tapioca wireless module, create an app, or connect it to your network and a cloud?

You Need

• Tapioca wireless device
• PC running IoTize Studio and Chrome
• Your electronic hardware
• The bus communication parameters and available registers¹ from your hardware's documentation

Note 1. You can create a Modbus Register Dictionary using the register documentation for your target hardware and import this register information directly into IoTize Studio. Download and fill in the Modbus Register Dictionary template ( xls format, ods format ). You can then import it directly into IoTize Studio when you create the project to configure of your Tapioca.
